## Description

Position Overview: Under general supervision, this position is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the WAN/LAN, end-user computing and break/fix repair work for the Information Technology department of the Family Church Network., * Receive and resolve tickets from staff (PC and Mac).

 * Utilize an online system to track, prioritize and report on ticket statuses.
 * Rotate on-call responsibilities with fellow team members.
 * Assist in monitoring network availability.
 * Assist in maintaining inventories of related assets.
 * Coordinate third-party installations and repair work as needed.
 * Maintain a positive and professional attitude in a stressful work environment.
 * Maintain cooperative spirit assisting others when needed or requested.
 * Professionally communicate with leadership and staff.
 * Demonstrate stewardship of church resources including supplies, equipment and intellectual property.
 * Understand and adhere to procedural guidelines and policies.
 * Install, configure, and deploy computers.
 * Maintain user accounts.
 * Follow established procedures for IT functions, such as a standard configuration for a computer reinstall.
