## About the Role

We are currently seeking a Technical Specialist II to provide advanced technical support and expertise in maintaining the functionality and integrity of our client services and systems. This role requires a proactive individual with a keen sense of urgency, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment., * Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical support role within the security industry.

 * Strong understanding of various enterprise access control and surveillance systems, including software and hardware integration.
 * Experience with design and protocols, specifically regarding security applications.
 * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver projects on time while ensuring quality of work.
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.
 * Ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret security clearance.

## Description

* Provide advanced troubleshooting and problem resolution for complex technical issues related to physical and IP security systems.
 * Conduct system performance analyses to improve operational efficiencies and implement enhancements.
 * Work closely with project management teams to ensure high-quality installations and adherence to project specifications.
 * Evaluate and recommend improvements to systems and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
 * Serve as a technical advisor to clients, providing training and support as necessary.
 * Assist in maintaining asset inventories and service records for all technical equipment.
