## About the Role

* Completed Bachelors in a scientific concentration
 * Experience in Next-generation sequencing (NGS) technologies is required
 * Experience with routine molecular biology assays, including nucleic acid extraction and qPCR/dPCR
 * Strong skills in data interpretation and quality control
 * Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, GraphPad Prism, and electronic laboratory notebooks.
 * Experience with GxP and working in a regulated lab environment

Preferred Experience:

 * Familiarity with use of automation to generate data, perform data analysis, and notebook tracking to support test method execution
 * Troubleshooting and reworking experiments based on data interpretation
 * Experience analyzing and interpreting large data sets

## Description

* Perform and support next-generation sequencing (NGS) workflows, including sample preparation, library preparation, sequencing, and data review
 * Execute routine molecular biology assays, including DNA/RNA extraction, purification, quantification, qPCR, and digital PCR (dPCR)
 * Generate quality data to support IND and/or BLA filings
 * Communicate results and provide input to the team and project lead through meetings and in reports
 * Perform quality control assessments and troubleshoot technical issues as needed
 * Follow established laboratory procedures, SOPs, and quality guidelines to ensure consistent and accurate results
