## About the Role

Required:

 * Full-stack development background - front-end configuration, server-side coding, and database/SQL work

## Description

Are you a PeopleSoft Developer with a strong foundation in financial systems and a passion for solving complex integration challenges? Due to growth, our client is adding a new role for a PeopleSoft Software Developer to their collaborative Financials team comprised of 3 senior developers. This is an excellent opportunity to join an organization embarking on a significant modernization effort.

*Remote applicants must be residents of Ohio and open to occasional travel that will be reimbursed.

What You'll Do

 * Design, configure, code, and test software solutions within Financials environment, including GL, AP, AR, Purchasing, and Inventory modules
 * Support integration work tied to a major acquisition, translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions
 * Write and optimize SQL queries, reports, stored procedures, and perform broader Oracle database work
 * Perform root cause analysis and resolve application issues across the full stack - front-end configuration, back-end logic, and database layer
 * Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT partners in an Agile environment using daily Scrums, Jira, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook
 * Leverage AI-assisted development tools (including Copilot and Claude) to accelerate code generation, debugging, and documentation
 * Contribute to planning discussions around the organization's future cloud based ERP platform transition
