We're looking for a Junior Systems Administrator to provide escalated help desk support while partnering with the infrastructure team on systems, networking, and technology projects. This is a hands-on, highly varied position where you'll work across Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Google Workspace, Jamf, Intune, PowerShell, user administration, and application support., * Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure AD

 * Experience with PowerShell
 * Exposure to Google Workspace / Google Admin
 * Experience with endpoint management tools such as Jamf and Intune
 * Strong troubleshooting skills and experience supporting end users
 * Interest in growing into a technical more senior system admin level
 * Ability to work onsite in San Francisco Monday-Friday

## Description

* Handle escalated help desk tickets and troubleshoot technical issues
 * Support user setup, account creation, cleanup, and administration
 * Provide support across Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments
 * Partner with the network administrator on infrastructure and technology projects
 * Assist with implementation and setup of new software and applications
 * Support endpoint and device management
 * Work on a variety of day-to-day systems, application, and user support needs
