 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
 * Ability to validate complex business workflows across multiple integrated systems.

Preferred Skills

 * Experience with POS, Order Management, Pricing, Inventory, or Fulfillment applications.
 * Experience with Oracle X-Store.
 * Experience with IBM Sterling OMS.
 * API testing using Postman or similar tools.

Nice to Have

 * Basic automation testing experience.
 * Exposure to Selenium, Playwright, or similar automation tools.

## Description

* Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and UAT testing.
 * Execute end-to-end business process validation across integrated applications.
 * Create and maintain test cases, test scenarios, test data, and execution reports.
 * Identify, document, track, and verify defects through resolution.
 * Work closely with business users, developers, product owners, and QA teams.
 * Conduct UI and API validation to ensure business requirements are met.
 * Participate in test planning, defect triage, and release validation activities.
 * Support testing in an onsite lab environment that simulates real-world business operations.
