## About the Role

* Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (required)
 * 3-6 years of experience in test and measurement environment (required)
 * Ability to read complex blueprints and schematics to troubleshoot and repair Test Lab equipment.
 * Working knowledge of applicable requirements of regulatory bodies such as U.L., CSA and the National Electrical Code.
 * Experience with test and measurement equipment and methodologies for electrical systems

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Experience with automated test tools and test automation frameworks; Python, LabVIEW, or equivalent tools preferred.

 * Skilled in configuring, debugging, and troubleshooting hardware, firmware, software, and lab test environments.
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical risk, test results, and recommendations clearly to engineering and management audiences.
