## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field from a four-year college or university.
 * 7+ years of experience in SAP operations, support, or consulting.
 * Hands-on experience with at least one SAP module: SD, MM, FI, or CO.
 * Ability to read and analyze ABAP code for troubleshooting.
 * Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean.
 * Strong communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
 * Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
 * Strong documentation and user-support capabilities.
 * Ability to coordinate with headquarters IT and external SAP partners.

 * Preferred Qualifications
 * Participation in at least two full-cycle SAP implementation or rollout projects.
 * Experience implementing or managing interfaces between SAP and external systems.

 * Work Environment & Other Requirements
 * Ability to work in an office environment and operate office equipment for extended periods.
 * Flexibility to work occasional weekends, holidays, or outside regular business hours as needed.
 * Willingness to travel for business purposes when required.

## Description

* Operate and maintain the company's SAP system, scheduled to go live in March 2027.
 * Provide SAP support for Sales, Purchasing, Finance, and Business Planning departments.
 * Troubleshoot issues related to SAP modules, including SD, MM, FI, and CO, and escalate complex issues to external SAP partners.
 * Coordinate with headquarters IT in Korea regarding system issues and change requests.

Business & Technical Requirements

 * Translate business user requests into clear technical requirements.
 * Analyze system impacts of proposed changes and perform necessary testing.

Documentation & User Support

 * Develop and maintain SAP operation manuals, user guides, and issue-resolution records.
 * Provide ongoing SAP system support to internal users.

Vendor & Service Request Management

 * Coordinate with local SAP partners to resolve technical issues.
 * Review and validate effort estimates and man-hours for Service Requests (SRs).
