* 8+ years of experience in full-stack web application development.
 * Strong hands-on experience with .NET/C#, modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue), and web application architecture.

 * Proven technical leadership and client-facing experience.
 * Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical requirements.
