This person will provide solutions and implementation to our team and customers (indirectly) and will play a key role in advancing the use of artificial intelligence (AI) across the company by partnering with each department to identify, deploy, and support practical AI solutions. Must be available to work in office Monday - Friday with occasional after hours and emergency support as needed. The ideal candidate will be an out-of-the-box thinker and problem solver who is comfortable collaborating with team members at all levels, including non-technical staff. The candidate will also be comfortable proposing improvements to IT and business processes and workflows as we grow. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company within the aviation market. Experience/Skills necessary to perform duties: · Minimum Microsoft role-based cloud certification (e.g., Microsoft 365 Administrator or Azure Administrator) or relevant College IT courses. · 2 years Microsoft IT Admin experience or relevant experience. · Experience with managing and improving Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), Microsoft Defender (formerly ATP), and Intune infrastructure. · Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) and a demonstrated ability to apply them to real business problems., * Support and deployment of the Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) suite of applications. * Microsoft Exchange Online administration. * Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory). * Enforcement of security best practices. * Failover and system redundancy. * Ability to meet and exceed our employees' support requirements. * Ability to multitask and troubleshoot daily issues that arise. * Strong communication skills and the ability to work with non-technical departments to translate business needs into technology and AI solutions. * Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new and emerging technologies, including AI. ## Description · Maintain, update, and improve on our existing Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft Defender infrastructure. · Maintain, update, and improve on existing Salesforce (CRM) system. · Maintain, update, and improve on existing Microsoft Cloud SharePoint file system. · Laptop and mobile device setup and management. · Oversee office and home office hardware, application, and security infrastructure. · Help lead the advancement of AI within the company by partnering with each department to understand their workflows, identify high-value AI use cases, and prioritize opportunities. · Evaluate, pilot, deploy, and support AI tools and automations (e.g., Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio agents, Power Automate), including integration with our CRM, SharePoint, and Teams. · Train and support employees on the effective and responsible use of AI tools, and track adoption and business impact. Preferred Experience: * Microsoft cloud technologies including Microsoft Intune (formerly Microsoft Endpoint Manager), Intune configuration management, Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), and Microsoft Defender (formerly Azure ATP) management. * Experience with Azure Infrastructure as a Service. * Microsoft mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM). * Update, support, improve, and oversee our daily security requirements within our cloud-based Microsoft system and the support of all our technology hardware. * Experience using PowerShell. * Experience using and managing Microsoft SharePoint (SP). We will be using more SP solutions which connect to our CRM system (see below) and Teams. * Experience supporting CRM applications, specifically we use Salesforce CRM cloud base system. We have a 3rd party who helped setup and configure to our requirements. We need someone who can learn and support our CRM system and learn how to make future configuration changes. * Experience using and supporting Microsoft Teams. * Support of all our technologies used on our laptops and PC's. All systems use WIN11 Pro with O365 applications. * Help support and improve our website with support from our 3rd party solution provider. We are going to continue to improve and link our website to our Microsoft systems to support our customers. * Help write, update, and apply existing and new IT and AI policies. Training of employees on latest hardware, software, and AI technology. * Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, or the broader Microsoft Power Platform. * Experience with AI platforms and APIs (e.g., Azure OpenAI / Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI, Anthropic), prompt design, and building AI-assisted workflows or agents. * Understanding of AI risks and governance, including data protection, validating AI output for accuracy, and responsible-use practices.
