## Description

We are seeking an experienced and analytical Network Technician 2 to join our operations team. In this role, you will implement, assemble, and activate full CMTS systems and multi-vendor GPON platforms. You will utilize advanced debugging tools to diagnose complex issues, collaborate directly with vendor engineers and TAC leaders to resolve performance bottlenecks, and develop tools to improve architecture and network design., * Network Deployment & Upgrades: Implement, assemble, and activate full CMTS systems and Adtran multi-vendor GPON systems, executing planned designs, system upgrades, and maintenance work.

 * Troubleshooting & Debugging: Run advanced debug and access tools to diagnose complex issues, resolving performance bottlenecks and software bugs efficiently.
 * Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with vendor engineers and TAC leaders to accelerate escalations, and articulate complex technical problems clearly to management, internal departments, and commercial customers.
 * Analysis & Architecture: Develop analysis methods and tools to determine network augments and design architecture improvements.
 * Operational Support: Maintain network availability through a flexible schedule, including a rotating weekly on-call schedule for after-hours high-level support; light travel.
