We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled IT professional to join our auto dealership team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the dealership's IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation of hardware, software, and network systems. Your expertise will help enhance operational efficiency, improve customer service experiences, and support daily business functions.  * Manage help desk systems and customer support tickets efficiently to resolve user inquiries promptly

 * Configure, support, and troubleshoot computer networking components such as LAN, VPN, DNS, TCP/IP protocols, firewalls, and switches
