## Description

This is a project-based position requiring occasional travel to customer locations throughout the United States, and possibly Canada. You will work directly with end users, helping them successfully adopt our software through hands-on instruction and customized training materials.

Please note: this position may only involve travel a few times a year, and the ideal candidate is only looking for occasional projects, after learning our software platform and developing the training materials.

Responsibilities

 * Conduct onsite software training for customers
 * Learn and become an expert on our proprietary software platform
 * Deliver engaging, easy-to-understand training sessions
 * Develop and maintain training manuals, guides, and other educational materials
 * Provide a professional and positive customer experience
 * Travel as needed to customer locations
