## About the Role

Seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to support technology installations and troubleshooting at construction job sites., 3+ years of IT, Help Desk, Technical Support, or Field Service experience

Hands-on network and workstation setup experience

Cellular/satellite/internet setup experience

Willingness to travel nationally, including overnight stays

Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and clean 5-year driving record

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and work in construction-site environments, * Do you have hands-on experience setting up cellular or satellite internet connectivity, such as LTE/5G hotspots, cellular routers or modems, Starlink or other satellite equipment, and antennas? If so, what equipment have you personally installed or configured?

 * Do you have hands-on experience installing and configuring network routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points, and Ethernet connectivity? If so, what equipment or brands have you worked with?
 * Tell me about your experience performing hands-on IT installation or support in the field. Have you ever been responsible for setting up technology from scratch?

## Description

Set up desktops, laptops, printers, phones, cameras, and networking equipment

Configure routers, switches, Wi-Fi, Ethernet, and internet connectivity

Install cellular/satellite solutions, hotspots, modems, and antennas

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues onsite and remotely

Maintain documentation and coordinate with vendors
