## About the Role

* Candidates should possess strong skills in Landscape Architecture and Landscape Design, including the ability to develop cohesive site concepts and detailed plans.
 * Candidates should possess skills in Landscape Planning and Landscaping, with experience integrating functional circulation, grading, and site amenities.
 * Candidates should possess skills in developing clear and accurate Planting Plans, including plant selection appropriate to local climate, soils, and maintenance needs.
 * Bachelor's or master's degree in Landscape Architecture or a closely related field; professional licensure or progress toward licensure is preferred.
 * Proficiency with CAD and relevant design software; familiarity with GIS and 3D visualization tools is a plus.
 * Knowledge of local zoning, site development regulations, and sustainable design practices.
 * Strong communication, collaboration, and time management abilities, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
 * Experience working with multidisciplinary engineering teams and participation in public or municipal projects is beneficial.
