## About the Role

 * Hands-on experience with GxP and Non-GxP laboratory IT environments.
 * Understanding of GMP, GLP, data integrity, and applicable regulatory compliance requirements.
 * Experience supporting laboratory applications, instruments, computers, and IT infrastructure.
 * Knowledge of LIMS, ELN, CDS, or other laboratory systems is preferred.

## Description

* Provide IT support for laboratory systems, applications, equipment, and infrastructure in pharmaceutical or biotech environments.
 * Support laboratory operations in both GxP and Non-GxP environments while ensuring compliance with applicable industry standards.
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, network connectivity, and laboratory system issues.
 * Support laboratory applications and equipment such as LIMS, Empower, chromatography systems, and other lab-related tools.
 * Assist with system validation activities, including Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ), as applicable.
 * Maintain and update SOPs, work instructions, validation documents, and other compliance-related records.
 * Follow change control, incident management, deviation management, and CAPA processes as required.
 * Support user access management, system configuration, software upgrades, and patching activities.
 * Collaborate with laboratory scientists, QA, QC, validation, infrastructure, and application teams to resolve technical issues.
 * Ensure laboratory systems remain operational, compliant, and available to support business operations.
 * Participate in audits and provide technical documentation and evidence when required.
