## About the Role

* Project Management Expertise: 3+ years managing IT projects, project planning, resource allocation, and effort estimation.
 * Healthcare IT Experience: 3+ years in healthcare insurance IT environments (Medicaid or healthcare delivery systems experience is a major plus!).
 * PMI/PMP Certification: Required PMI certification (PMP preferred).
 * Communication & Leadership: Superb written/verbal English skills with the ability to present directly to executive management and align diverse teams.
 * Tools: Proficiency in MS Project, Visio, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
