## Description

Responsible for turning data into actionable information and insights to drive business and operational decisions in assigned support areas. This role will work closely with operational and business leadership to understand their analytics and business needs and function as a trusted analytics delivery partner to answer pertinent business questions using all available data assets. Enables successful adoption of analytics tools and requires advanced knowledge healthcare operations and the key performance indicators used to support the business., * Designs, builds, tests and implements BI solutions. Responsible for creating solutions within the existing BI environment including: designing, coding, testing and documenting all new or modified BI services, applications, programs, semantic layers, metadata, reports, dashboards and portal interfaces.

 * Develops; Stored Procedures, Reporting Design, Report Modeling, Database Development, Administration and automation of BI solutions.
 * Troubleshoots BI tools, systems and software; performance-tune these applications as necessary. Potential for periodic on-call duty supporting these applications and services.
