## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
 * 2+ years of experience in a data analyst or analytics support role.
 * Proficiency in Power BI (dashboard development, Power Query, DAX, and Power BI Service) and Tableau (dashboard development and server usage).
 * Experience with Microsoft Fabric, including Dataflows Gen2, OneLake, Lakehouse/Warehouse concepts, and semantic models.
 * Strong SQL and data analysis skills; familiarity with Python or other scripting languages is a plus.
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience supporting enterprise BI environments, including report governance, access control, and platform security.
 * Familiarity with Alteryx workflows and migration of analytics and reporting solutions to Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
 * Experience working with IT ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
 * Exposure to cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, AWS, Azure).
 * Exposure to orchestration tools and distributed processing frameworks such as Apache Airflow, Spark, and Hadoop.
 * Hands-on use of tools like JupyterHub and Hue for SQL-based querying and data exploration.
 * Experience with version control systems, including GitLab, for collaborative development and workflow management.
