## About the Role

* Associate degree or higher in IT or related field.
 * 18+ months of IT Service Desk or IT Call Center experience.
 * Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge.
 * Working knowledge of Cisco networking.
 * Strong troubleshooting, communication, and project management skills.
 * Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Server+, or Microsoft certifications preferred.

## Description

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support, quickly resolving technical issues and minimizing user downtime. Support PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices, Microsoft 365, and network equipment while maintaining accurate IT asset records and meeting SLA requirements.

Responsibilities

 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and user issues.
 * Manage service desk tickets and meet response/resolution SLAs.
 * Support PCs, laptops, printers, iPhones, tablets, and Cisco network equipment.
 * Maintain IT asset and equipment lifecycle records.
 * Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
 * Assist with IT projects and technical initiatives.
