## Description

This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, server-side applications using Core Java and related technologies. The ideal candidate will optimize application performance, manage multi-threaded applications, and handle database interactions within a Linux environment, following Agile methodologies., * Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications using Core Java and related technologies

 * Optimize application performance by tuning the Java Virtual Machine (JVM) and analyzing runtime behavior
 * Develop and manage multi-threaded (concurrent) applications to ensure high performance and scalability
 * Build and execute database interactions using JDBC, Oracle SQL, and PL/SQL (including stored procedures)
 * Perform data profiling and processing using backend Java applications integrated with databases
 * Work extensively in Linux environments, using shell scripting and command-line tools for development and troubleshooting
 * Develop solutions using Java, Python, and shell scripts across the application lifecycle
 * Guide and support offshore teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
 * Follow Agile methodology, participating in sprint planning, development, and continuous improvement
