## About the Role

Our client, Industry Descriptor is seeking a SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud to join their team. As a SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, you will be part of the Department Name supporting Team Name(s). The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, clear communication, and a delivery-focused mindset which will align successfully in the organization., * Minimum seven years of SAP Finance experience, including SAP S/4HANA and at least one full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation.

 * SAP certification is strongly preferred, including C_S4CFI SAP Certified Associate - Implementation Consultant - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition (Financial Management) and/or C_S4FCF SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA for Group Reporting.
 * Proven experience leading an SAP R2R or Finance workstream through fit-to-standard, design, configuration, testing, cutover, deployment, and hyper care.
 * Experience with project management tools including SAP Signavio, SAP Cloud ALM, and Jira.
 * Strong knowledge of general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, controlling, intercompany processing, financial close, and reporting, including Universal Journal, finance master data, data conversion, reconciliation, and cutover planning.

## Description

* Lead the Record-to-Report (R2R) workstream for an SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation, translating finance transformation objectives into standardized, scalable processes and an executable delivery plan.
 * Drive fit-to-standard workshops and key solution decisions across general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, cost accounting, financial close, intercompany processing, and management reporting.
 * Provide functional leadership to shape scope, solution approach, estimates, and delivery planning during pursuit and mobilization activities.
 * Manage the R2R backlog and end-to-end execution across configuration, functional specifications, testing, defect resolution, cutover, deployment, and hyper care.
 * Coordinate integration requirements and design decisions with Sales and Distribution, Materials Management, Production Planning, banking, tax, data, reporting, security, and controls teams., * Opportunity to lead a critical finance transformation workstream and shape standardized future-state processes.
 * Chance to drive adoption of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud finance capabilities, including Universal Journal and financial close processes.
