* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Information Technologies/Computer Science from an accredited institution
 * Minimum of two (2) years' related work experience
 * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now or in the future., * Experience in the electrical power or power management industry.
 * Experience in a role requiring strong analytical skills, leadership, customer interaction, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

## Description

As a Senior Configuration Engineer, you will develop and maintain Bid Manager configuration rules that generate engineering sub-assembly part numbers for CPS products. You will collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and order management teams to ensure product configuration tools remain accurate, efficient, and aligned with business needs.

 * Create and update engineering part number logic using Excel-based product matrices.
 * Partner with Bid Manager developers to support new product introductions.
 * Work closely with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to ensure configuration data remains current and accurate.
 * Collaborate with Order Management and Engineering teams to identify and implement process improvements.
