 * Ability to troubleshoot network connectivity and hardware issues.
 * Ability to work independently in a hands-on technical environment.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience working in Linux environments.
 * Background supporting network testing infrastructure or private network environments.
 * Experience with automotive networking or zonal architecture.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Network Infrastructure Technician to support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network testing infrastructure for an innovative energy technology company in Berkeley, CA., * Install, configure, and maintain servers, network switches, routers, and associated infrastructure.

 * Build and maintain server racks, switch cabinets, and network equipment installations.
 * Install and manage fiber optic connections, including single-mode and multi-mode fiber.
 * Work with SFP transceivers, top-of-rack switches, and Layer 3 networking equipment.
 * Support network environments utilizing spine-leaf topology.
 * Perform cable management, equipment connectivity checks, and network troubleshooting.
 * Maintain and service network testing infrastructure supporting complex interconnected systems.
 * Identify, source, and recommend networking hardware and replacement components.
 * Collaborate with engineering teams to support network infrastructure expansion and testing requirements.
