## About the Role

* Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Entra ID and identity and access management (IAM).
 * Deep understanding of SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect authentication protocols.
 * Experience with hybrid identity, Microsoft Entra Connect, Conditional Access, MFA, passwordless authentication, and identity governance.
 * Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture, identity security risks, and access control best practices.
 * Proficiency with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Graph API, and PowerShell scripting.
 * Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills., * Demonstrated experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Entra ID and enterprise IAM solutions.
 * Experience managing hybrid identity environments and enterprise authentication integrations.
 * Preferred experience in regulated industries and IAM transformation programs.
 * Experience with Azure architecture is a plus.

Education:

 * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
 * Preferred: Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300).
 * Preferred: Exposure to Azure Solutions Architect certification (AZ-305).

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

## Description

* Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft Entra ID identity and access management solutions.
 * Configure and manage Conditional Access policies, multifactor authentication (MFA), passwordless authentication, and identity governance.
 * Support hybrid identity environments using Microsoft Entra Connect.
 * Implement and troubleshoot identity federation and authentication protocols, including SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.
 * Apply Zero Trust principles to strengthen identity security and mitigate access-related risks.
 * Integrate identity and access management solutions with Microsoft Intune and other enterprise applications.
 * Automate identity administration, provisioning, and reporting using Microsoft Graph API and PowerShell.
 * Support IAM transformation initiatives, security improvements, and compliance requirements.
