Troubleshooting (Problem Solving), We are seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect / Technical Manager to lead the design, delivery, and ongoing support of enterprise Salesforce solutions supporting a large federal healthcare environment.

This role is ideal for a Salesforce professional who combines architecture expertise, platform ownership, stakeholder management, and technical leadership. The successful candidate will lead solution design, guide development teams, support production operations, and partner with business stakeholders to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.

This is not a pure developer role. We are looking for someone who can own platform decisions, guide technical teams, troubleshoot complex issues, and manage multiple workstreams while maintaining architectural integrity., * Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution design and delivery
