This role is responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement, designing AI-powered workflows, implementing automation solutions, developing AI agents, training staff, and ensuring successful adoption throughout the organization. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with strong business acumen and can translate operational challenges into scalable AI solutions. Requirements Key ResponsibilitiesAI Strategy & Implementation * Evaluate existing workflows and identify opportunities for AI integration and automation. * Partner with firm leadership to develop and execute the firm's AI roadmap. * Research emerging AI technologies and recommend solutions aligned with business objectives. * Serve as the internal subject matter expert on AI tools, platforms, and best practices. Workflow Automation * Design, build, and maintain automated workflows using AI and no-code/low-code platforms. * Eliminate repetitive administrative tasks and improve operational efficiency. * Create automated reporting, dashboards, notifications, and data collection systems. * Integrate AI tools with existing firm technology platforms. AI Agent Development * Build and maintain department-specific AI assistants and agents. * Develop AI solutions to support: * + Client intake + Case management + Litigation support + Demand preparation + Medical record review + HR and recruiting + Marketing initiatives + Internal operations * Continuously optimize prompts, workflows, and agent performance.
