## About the Role

* Proficiency in Microsoft Windows server operating systems (2012R2 to 2022), Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
 * Experience with Aruba/Aruba Central for switches and WLAN, Palo Alto firewalls, WAN, Dell server hardware, and VMware virtualization.
 * Familiarity with Windows 10 and 11 client operating systems in corporate networks.
 * Essential: hands-on system administration, server administration, software administration, software troubleshooting, system troubleshooting, and technical troubleshooting support.
 * Essential: knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems engineering, system architecture, operating systems, virtualization, and computer management.
 * A computer science background is useful; apply scripting and performance-tuning skills to improve system reliability and support.

Soft Skills:

 * Strong analytical skills with a high level of service and customer orientation.
 * Willingness to engage in project-related topics outside of day-to-day business.
 * Ability to work independently with a hands-on mentality.
 * Excellent communication skills.

Education and Experience:

 * Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field required.
