## Description

* Supports and oversees all infrastructure team operations and maintenance tasks for deployed operational solutions (Citrix, Microsoft, NetApp, VMware).
 * Troubleshoots and resolves issues, including root cause analysis.
 * Maintains documentation for infrastructure, systems, subsystems, and components.
 * Works with the IT Architecture and Engineering team to research, analyze, and assess new technologies for infrastructure modernization.
 * Proposes new solutions to the government with proof of concept for consideration by the Configuration Control Board.
