Comfortable in environments where the playbook is still being written, and able to push back on vendors and stakeholders without burning bridges * Strong communication skills, including the ability to translate technical tradeoffs to non-technical commercial leaders ## Description The Senior Manager, Data Operations & Governance will own the ingestion, integrity, and downstream usability of Compass Pathways' commercial data assets as we prepare for and execute launch. This role is the connective tissue between our external data partners and the analytics, forecasting, and field operations work that depends on compliant, clean, and well-modeled data. The ideal candidate is technically opinionated, collaborative, comfortable pushing back on vendors when data quality slips, and equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves to build pipelines, model data, and stand-up governance practices. You'll be designing the systems and standards from the ground up, with the autonomy and ambiguity that comes with building early., (Include but are not limited to): * Own intake and integration of commercial data sources, including specialty pharmacy, REMS, claims, and field/CRM data * Serve as the primary technical point of contact for data aggregators and external vendors.
