## About the Role

* 5+ years of professional software development experience with C# and .NET.
 * Hands-on experience developing WPF applications using MVVM, plus WinForms experience.
 * Experience with .NET Core, ASP.NET Web API, REST services, and microservices.
 * Strong SQL Server and T-SQL skills, including troubleshooting and query optimization.
 * Experience developing and supporting Azure solutions using services such as Functions, Application Insights, Redis, Azure SQL, and Storage.
 * Working knowledge of LINQ, dependency injection, and automated unit testing.
 * Experience with Visual Studio, Git, Azure DevOps, and Agile/Scrum.
 * Familiarity with API lifecycle management platforms.
 * Experience contributing to architecture decisions, reviewing code, and mentoring developers.
 * Strong communication skills and the ability to balance technical decisions with business needs.
 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience.
 * Ability to work onsite in Strongsville, Ohio.

## Description

The ideal candidate brings strong C#/.NET, WPF/WinForms, SQL Server, and Azure experience, along with the ability to mentor developers and translate business needs into reliable software., * Design, develop, and maintain desktop applications and backend services using C#, .NET, WPF, WinForms, Web API, and SQL Server.

 * Build and support REST APIs and microservices deployed in Azure.
 * Lead technical design discussions and help shape application architecture.
 * Modernize existing software while maintaining performance, reliability, and usability.
 * Troubleshoot production issues, including SQL Server performance problems and query execution plans.
 * Conduct code reviews, establish coding standards, and mentor other developers.
 * Write unit tests and apply dependency injection and maintainable design patterns.
 * Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, estimation, and pair programming.
 * Work with cross-functional teams and customers to understand requirements and resolve issues.
