## About the Role

* 12+ years of relevant experience with a B.S. in a technical discipline, or 16+ years of relevant experience without a degree
 * Extensive experience with full stack development with an emphasis on AI workflows
 * Experience with customer cross-domain solutions

## Description

You'll be leading a small team supporting intelligence operations, working with combined datasets from across the agency to build agentic tools that gather and curate information packages. You'll work directly with our customer-from leadership to analysts to fellow developers-learning their workflows and seeing the real-world impact of your work every day.

Your day-to-day will blend technical implementation with direct customer engagement. You'll expand existing workflow automation efforts, discover new opportunities to introduce agentic AI, and develop web applications that provide analytic and workflow support. You'll emphasize customer communication, solicit feedback on project status and results, and participate in a team-of-teams environment working toward similar solutions across multiple customer sets. You'll also provide expertise on a diverse set of existing highside services, ensuring continuity and excellence across the mission.
