## About the Role

* 4-5 years of software engineering/AI engineering experience.
 * Strong experience in Python.
 * Hands-on experience with SLM/LLM ecosystems.
 * Experience with LangChain, Hugging Face, LlamaIndex, RAG, or similar frameworks.
 * Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services.
 * Experience deploying AI models into production.
 * Knowledge of vector databases and embeddings.

Preferred Skills

 * Experience with enterprise AI platforms.
 * Knowledge of model optimization and inference tuning.
 * Exposure to financial services environments.

Nice to Have

 * Experience with prompt engineering, multi-agent systems, or conversational AI.

## Description

We are seeking an AI Engineer with hands-on experience building, fine-tuning, and deploying Small Language Models (SLMs) and enterprise AI applications. The ideal candidate will have practical experience with model optimization, inference pipelines, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and production deployment of AI solutions in cloud environments., * Design, build, and optimize Small Language Models (SLM) for enterprise use cases.

 * Build and deploy AI/ML solutions using Python and modern AI frameworks.
 * Develop RAG pipelines, vector search, and retrieval systems.
 * Fine-tune and evaluate transformer-based models.
 * Integrate LLM/SLM solutions into enterprise applications.
 * Work with MLOps, CI/CD, and cloud deployment pipelines.
 * Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
