This role is responsible for the administration, security, availability, and performance of servers, networks, cloud platforms, end-user systems, and business-critical applications., Infrastructure & Systems Administration * Administer and maintain Windows server infrastructure, virtualization platforms, storage, and backup systems * Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, file services, print services, and identity management * Support Microsoft 365 environment including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, and Entra ID * Monitor system health, capacity, performance, and uptime across all environments * Perform server patching, upgrades, lifecycle management, and system hardening Network Administration * Support LAN/WAN connectivity across manufacturing and office locations * Configure and maintain firewalls, switches, wireless infrastructure, VPN, and remote access solutions * Troubleshoot network performance issues impacting production or business operations * Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and standards Cybersecurity & Compliance * Implement security best practices, vulnerability remediation, endpoint protection, and MFA policies * Monitor logs, alerts, and security events * Support cybersecurity audits, incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning * Ensure systems comply with corporate security standards and industry best practices Manufacturing Systems Support * Support ERP, MES, barcode scanning, label printing, shop floor PCs, handheld devices, and industrial workstations * Partner with operations teams to minimize downtime related to technology issues * Support integrations between business applications, production equipment, and reporting platforms End User Support * This is a hands-on roll.
