## About the Role

* Work with the implementation team to understand and build compensation models specific to the client needs
 * Excellent knowledge in MS Excel and capability to manage high volume of work
 * Good problem-solving skills and strong attention-to-detail and follow-up skills
 * Should be organized with a passion to deliver quality result
 * Able to function with minimal guidance
 * Willingness to coordinate and work with others in a demanding and client-focused environment., What are we looking for:
 * 3+ years of experience in a provider compensation role; preferably working on an implementation team
 * Experience working with a project manager to gather documents, verify/analyze data, conduct discovery sessions, draft scoping document, configuration of the solution based on client scope, and assist with system validation
 * Fluent in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Word tools
 * Strong understanding of Provider Compensation Methodologies
 * Attention to detail, strong analytical skills and ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment
 * Bachelor's Degree preferred
 * MS Excel proficiency
