## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
 * 2-4 years of experience in IT asset management or related field.
 * Familiarity with ITIL practices and asset lifecycle management.
 * Experience with asset management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC, Flexera).
 * Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
 * Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools., * ITIL Foundation certification.
 * Certified Hardware Asset Management Professional (CHAMP) or similar.
 * Experience with enterprise environments and large-scale asset inventories.

## Description

* Maintain accurate records of all hardware assets using asset management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Ivanti, Lansweeper).
 * Track the lifecycle of hardware assets from acquisition to disposal.
 * Coordinate with procurement, finance, and IT teams to ensure timely asset acquisition and deployment.
 * Perform regular audits and reconciliations of hardware inventory.
 * Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations (e.g., SOX, ISO).
 * Manage hardware refresh cycles and support end-of-life planning.
 * Develop and maintain documentation related to HAM processes and procedures.
 * Generate reports and dashboards for asset utilization, depreciation, and compliance.
 * Support incident and change management processes by providing asset-related data.
 * Collaborate with software asset management (SAM) and configuration management (CMDB) teams.
