**Published:** June 3, 2026 - **Apply:** https://www.indeed.com/viewjob?jk=0f4ec21cb18f7173 ## About the Role Do you have experience in Petrochemical and natural gas compressors?, * Excellent communication skills in a team setting. * Possess a positive and professional attitude. * Demonstrate a willingness to learn. * Experience understanding and executing various ASTM methods for emissions sampling. * Ability to manage with shifting priorities and follow through on action items with limited supervision. * Experience in performing air emissions calculations and preparing reports in a professional and timely manner. * Demonstrate mechanical experience for engine tuning, performance, and diagnostics. * Demonstrate electrical experience for engine accessories such as AFR controllers and sensors. * Understanding of air quality and safety regulations applicable to oil & gas operations. * Strong organizational, oral/written communication and problem-solving skills. * Ability to interact with government regulators regarding permitting and compliance issues. * Proficiency with Online and PC-based applications such as Microsoft Office products including but not limited to Word, Excel, Access database applications., * High School or higher education preferred with experience in Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation, and/or Environmental Science. * 3-5 + years of experience in the oil & gas industry. * Experience with midstream oil & gas facilities such as natural gas compression processes. * Operation of emission testing equipment for field production equipment. * Ability to travel up to 3 to 4 days per week as needed to meet business needs. * Potential overnight stays for multiple nights for remote locations. * Sufficient professional experience to demonstrate being fully trained and competent. ## Description * Perform a range of environmental compliance-related activities and functions including emission testing on industrial engines, emission calculations, regulatory analysis, and reporting, along with environmental compliance evaluations. * Assist in the execution of air permitting/compliance projects. * Learn and execute SOP's for processing a FTIR source testing, reporting of the emissions' analysis, and understand operation of equipment. * Gain an understanding of ASTM methodology in relation to EPA and State mandated protocols. * Perform additional project duties such as scheduling and prioritize of daily work schedule or weekly basis. * Capable of working remotely or independently with general guidance provided in more complex or unusual situations. * Ability to interact with clients to build rapport and to provide the deliverables that meet the client's needs. ## Related Videos -
