 * 10+ years of experience in software development, DevOps engineering, or a related technical role
 * Ariba Procurement knowledge is required
 * Strong foundation in computer science principles, including data structures, algorithms, and software design
 * Understanding of software development, implementation, and maintenance processes
 * Experience with programming, application troubleshooting, and problem diagnosis
 * Ability to perform unit testing and troubleshoot both new and legacy production systems
 * Familiarity with system requirements analysis, technical documentation, and software testing methodologies
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
 * Ability to collaborate with technical teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders
 * U.S. Citizenship required

## Description

Our client is seeking a DevOps Engineer with Ariba Procurement knowledge to support the design, development, implementation, testing, and maintenance of enterprise software applications and systems. This individual will play a key role in enhancing existing applications, troubleshooting technical issues, and developing software solutions that meet business and operational requirements., * Design, develop, implement, test, and maintain business applications and software solutions

 * Support software development and enhancement projects involving enterprise systems and applications
 * Gather and analyze system requirements, document technical specifications, and develop solutions to meet business needs
 * Review enhancement requests and implement software improvements based on functional and technical requirements
 * Configure, customize, and maintain system software to support business operations
 * Develop detailed software specifications, test plans, and supporting technical documentation
 * Write, modify, and maintain application code while ensuring adherence to development standards
 * Perform unit testing, troubleshoot application issues, and resolve defects in new and existing systems
 * Create migration packages to support system testing, user acceptance testing, and production implementations
 * Conduct quality assurance reviews and post-implementation validation to ensure system functionality and reliability
 * Collaborate with technical teams to identify opportunities for software optimization and process improvements
