## About the Role

* Deep Microsoft 365 expertise - Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive
 * Strong Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD experience - identity, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access
 * Intune / endpoint management and device security
 * Azure infrastructure and cloud services
 * Windows Server / Active Directory / Group Policy
 * PowerShell scripting and automation
 * Microsoft Defender and security tooling
 * Experience with migrations, integrations and large-scale infrastructure projects
 * Strong understanding of networking, DNS, authentication and enterprise infrastructure
 * Ability to troubleshoot complex issues across cloud, endpoint, identity and network layers

We're looking for someone who goes well beyond day-to-day administration - someone who can engineer, automate, architect and improve the environment.

Ideal candidates will have several years of senior-level systems/infrastructure engineering experience in sophisticated Microsoft environments.

Must be comfortable with hybrid in Baltimore City.

## Description

We're searching for a highly technical Senior Systems Engineer with deep expertise across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and broader enterprise infrastructure.

This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who can own complex systems, troubleshoot at a high level, and help design and improve a modern Microsoft-based environment.
