## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Management, Business, or a related field.
 * Proven experience as a Program Manager, Project Manager, Technical Program Manager, or Engineering Manager in a technical environment.
 * Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
 * Strong project management skills including schedule management, risk management, budgeting, and resource planning.
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

## Description

The Technical Program Manager is responsible for leading complex product development initiatives from concept through launch. This role serves as the primary coordinator between customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic business objectives.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and project leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage multiple priorities while driving accountability across teams.
Responsibilities

 * Lead programs from planning through implementation and launch while ensuring alignment with business goals and customer expectations.
 * Serve as the primary point of contact for project communication, status updates, and issue resolution.
 * Coordinate activities across engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, and other functional groups.
 * Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and resource plans.
 * Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to support successful execution.
 * Facilitate discussions and decision-making among stakeholders to maintain alignment and accountability.
 * Track project performance and communicate progress through regular status updates and reviews.
 * Manage scope changes, shifting priorities, and evolving business requirements.
 * Support product development, testing, implementation, and launch activities.
 * Drive continuous improvement efforts related to project execution, communication, and program management processes.
 * Oversee multiple concurrent projects while effectively balancing priorities and resources.
