About the Opportunity:ZipStaff is seeking a Senior / Principal Oracle PL/SQL Developer to support Strategic Advisors technology for a leading financial services organization in Westlake, TX.
You will design and build enterprise, cloud-enabled distributed data solutions, contribute directly to the codebase, and help raise engineering standards across a multi-disciplinary team. This role requires deep Oracle SQL/PL/SQL expertise plus experience with batch/ETL processing and mid-tier integration.
What You'll Do:

 * Design and implement software solutions that meet functional and non-functional requirements and align to program strategy.
 * Write and optimize Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, including data analysis, data modeling, data APIs, and performance tuning.
 * Write and maintain batch jobs using ETL / Informatica and Autosys.
 * Lead application design efforts and participate in design and code reviews.
 * Contribute to product quality plans, including test-case development and regression testing with a focus on automation.
 * Enhance engineering practices in ATDD and CI/CD.
 * Collaborate with global developers and apply standard software-engineering methodologies.
