## About the Role

Do you have experience in iOS development?, + Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related technical field.

 * Technical expertise:
 + Strong knowledge of Flutter and Dart, with proven experience in building and maintaining mobile apps.
 + Solid understanding of infrastructure with AWS and/or GCP, including architecture design, deployment, and scalability.
 + Experience working with and managing diverse architectures, with the ability to evaluate and implement the most suitable approach for each product.
 + Knowledge of Firebase services (Firestore, Authentication, Storage, Functions) and familiarity with API integrations.
 + Ability to define and implement coding standards, best practices, and scalable architectures.
 + High agility and ability to implement changes in the app very quickly, adapting to product needs with speed and precision.
 * Leadership skills:
 + Proven experience leading or mentoring development teams.
 + Ability to guide and upskill junior developers, fostering their growth and performance.
 + Strong organizational and project management skills to ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality.
 * Problem-solving and product focus:
 + Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical challenges.
 + Eye for detail and a product-first mindset, with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
 + Self-driven, entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects.
 * Communication:
 + Good level of spoken and written English.
 + Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and marketing.

Nice to have

 * Experience in integrating AI models into mobile applications.
 * Knowledge of backend technologies (e.g., Typescript, Python, Node.js, Java).
 * Experience launching personal or side projects, especially apps.
 * Native iOS development experience is highly valued.

## Description
