## About the Role

* 7+ years of progressive IT project management experience, including leadership of complex enterprise-wide initiatives.
 * Demonstrated success personally leading major ERP, enterprise application, or similarly complex technology implementations.
 * Strong project management discipline, including project planning, governance, risk management, dependency tracking, and executive communications.
 * Experience coordinating cross-functional teams involving software development, infrastructure, data, analytics, finance, and third-party vendors.
 * Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
 * Ability to understand technical integrations, architectural dependencies, and business-critical systems.
 * Strong executive presence, communication skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
 * PMP certification strongly preferred.

Especially Valuable Experience

 * Financial systems or enterprise ERP implementations involving SAP, Oracle, Workday, Lawson, or similar platforms.
 * Experience supporting major financial transformation initiatives.
 * Leading high-stakes projects with complex integrations and significant organizational impact.
 * Healthcare or similarly complex enterprise environments.
