 * Expertise with Jira and Agile project tracking tools

## Description

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong technical/development background who has transitioned into project/program management. The ideal candidate will have deep experience managing system integration, production support, and enterprise IT programs within the financial services domain, particularly mortgage or insurance platforms.
Key Responsibilities

 * Lead end-to-end delivery of IT programs and projects across financial services applications
 * Manage system integration initiatives, production support projects, and platform enhancements
 * Coordinate with development, QA, infrastructure, and business stakeholders
 * Drive Agile delivery using Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid methodologies
 * Own project planning, execution, risk management, dependencies, and reporting
 * Manage Jira boards, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release coordination
 * Act as a bridge between technical teams and business users
