## About the Role

Experience in desktop support, help desk or onsite IT support.

 * Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365 and basic networking.
 * Strong troubleshooting and customer-service skills.
 * Ability to work independently and communicate with a remote support team.
 * Reliable transportation and consistent onsite availability.
 * Ability to complete required background screening, fingerprinting, CJIS training and Police Department access requirements.
 * CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft certifications or relevant recent training preferred.

## Description

* Troubleshoot Windows computers, Microsoft 365 applications, printers and peripherals.
 * Assist employees with account access, email and connectivity issues.
 * Set up and maintain computers and related equipment.
 * Perform basic network troubleshooting.
 * Coordinate technical escalations with the remote IT team.
 * Maintain accurate support tickets and equipment records.
 * Follow security, confidentiality and site-access procedures.

Schedule

Approximately 20 hours per week, preferably Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. Mountain Time.
