## Description

Reporting to the Creative Director, Art, you'll work alongside art directors, copywriters, and senior designers to create compelling work across campaigns, content, and brand experiences. You'll have opportunities to contribute creatively, develop your skills, and help shape a growing brand while learning from a team that cares deeply about the work and the people behind it., * Design and produce creative assets across brand campaigns, digital, social, print, and other channels.

 * Collaborate with art directors, copywriters, and senior designers to bring creative concepts to life through thoughtful, well-crafted design.
 * Apply and contribute to EFE's visual identity, ensuring work is consistent with the brand while exploring fresh ways to express it.
 * Bring strong attention to detail to typography, layout, composition, color, and production quality.
 * Participate in creative reviews, share ideas, and contribute design solutions that make the work stronger.
 * Explore new design techniques, tools, and technologies to continually grow your skills and creative capabilities.
 * Prepare and deliver accurate, production-ready files across a variety of formats and platforms.
 * Incorporate feedback thoughtfully, manage multiple assignments, and collaborate with teammates to deliver high-quality work on schedule.
