Information Technology support to system users. This support allows the organization to operate efficiently. Answer questions or resolve computer problems for employees either in person, via telephone, or from a remote location.

This is a hybrid position based in Austin, TX, requiring a combination of on-site and remote work to effectively support employees, equipment, and business operations.

What You'll Do:

 * Provide technical support for employees, providers, and business partners by troubleshooting hardware, software, and application issues.
 * Support and maintain VitalsMD, SharePoint, intranet, and other business-critical systems.
 * Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, scanners, software, and related equipment.
 * Manage secure connectivity to client and hospital systems, including VPN and network issues.
 * Assist with system maintenance, security updates, antivirus protection, and workstation support.
 * Develop and maintain user guides, training materials, and knowledge base documentation.
 * Support reporting needs and collaborate with data and business intelligence teams.
 * Coordinate with vendors and external partners to resolve advanced technical issues.
 * Ensure employees have the tools, access, and technology resources needed to perform their roles effectively.
 * Perform other duties as assigned.
