## Description

Effectively work with and lead a team of capable engineers. Solve problems and present solutions for day-to-day issues and long term projects. Plan effectively for future changes (i.e. Windows 10 end-of-life, changes to Microsoft MFA). Work within client environments to maintain a secure and highly available environment. Communicate with fellow engineers, vendors, and clients to promote a professional and positive environment., Serve as a team leader and escalation resource with regard to network and systems administration

 - To manage and/or assist in ongoing projects and day-to-day demands
 - Organize, coordinate, and prioritize multiple activities and resources (i.e. people, equipment, and supplies) and adhere to project schedules
 - Maintain complete and accurate documentation that can be referenced by other technicians easily and effectively

Layer 2 and 3 switching, NAS/SAN, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, Routing, VPN and related protocols
