## About the Role

* US Citizen with at least an active Top Secret security clearance and the ability to obtain a SCI prior to your start date.
 * Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience or a Master's degree with 10+ years of experience. Additional years of experience will be accepted in lieu of a degree.
 * Proven experience in cloud computing, specifically with Microsoft Azure.
 * Understanding of DoD compliance and security requirements for cloud services.
 * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coach and mentor teams.
 * Experience in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices., * US Citizen with an active TS/SCI security clearance.
 * Experience with Air Force Life Cycle Management Center programs.
 * Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or similar certification.
 * Familiarity with the deployment and maintenance of Azure Cloud Edge devices on classified networks
 * Experience developing enterprise solutions on classified cloud environments, especially Azure US Government Secret or TS
 * Previous experience working with DoD or government projects.
 * Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) in Azure.
 * Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines.
 * Knowledge of cloud governance and cost management practices.
 * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing environments.

## Description

* Conduct training sessions and workshops on Azure services and best practices tailored for DoD applications.
 * Provide one-on-one coaching to teams on cloud architecture, development, and deployment processes.
 * Assist in the design and implementation of Azure-based solutions that meet security and compliance requirements.
 * Evaluate team skills and identify areas for improvement, creating customized learning plans.
 * Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to align cloud strategies with organizational goals.
 * Stay updated on Azure advancements and DoD cloud computing policies to provide relevant guidance.
 * Facilitate knowledge sharing among team members to enhance collective expertise.
