 * A strategic planner with sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgement, and strong operational focus
 * A well-organized and self-directed individual who is able to work with minimal amount of supervision
 * Capability to efficiently complete tasks in a fast-paced environment
 * Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry related software programs
 * Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis, with strong coding hygiene and documentation practices.
 * Strong ability to work cross-functionally with business stakeholders.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present insights effectively.
 * Experience mentoring team members and leading knowledge sharing.

## Description

* AnalyticalProject Execution
 + Lead analytics projects, collaborating with business stakeholders to develop and deliver reporting solutions and actionable insights.
 + Produce strategic insights on program performance, compliance, utilization trends, and financial projections.
 + Ensure data integrity by developing and maintaining clear documentation of query logic, methodologies, and key assumptions.
 + Support the development and enhancement of enterprise reporting frameworks and analytics standards.

 * Cross-Functional Collaboration
 + Serve as a trusted analytics partner for Large Market, Jumbo, and Health Plan clients.
 + Translate ambiguous client questions into analytical approaches, business insights, and actionable recommendations.
 + Work cross-functionally with internal teams to align analytical insights with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and financial considerations.
 + Proactively engage and partner with stakeholders on project scoping, logic development, and documentation.
 + Advocate for data-driven decision-making across teams and leadership.

 * Client Consulting
 + Interpret current pharmacy and healthcare trends, and meet with clients to provide proactive recommendations for plan management; find ways of adding value to the client curating offerings tailored to the client's specific needs.
 + Anticipate stakeholder needs and proactively recommend analyses that create measurable value for clients and the organization.
 + Present analytical findings clearly and compellingly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
